PROJECT SCOPE:

Upon the completion of the construction of this project, iTech was appointed to take the completed 2D “as-built” drawings and generate an LOD-500 (as-built) model that has been constructed for facilities management use. The model is to be used by the client to orchestrate the operations of the development after training and consultancy with iTech. 

The New Abu Dhabi courthouse represents a remarkable phase in the development of the judicial system in Abu Dhabi. The innovatively constructed building adopts the latest international standards recognized globally. The location of the project is on Al Khaleej Al Arabi Street. It hosts the three major state Authorities court houses which consist of the Court of Appeal, the Court of Cassation, and the Court of the first Instance.
