PROJECT SCOPE:

The project required the MEP to be assessed and interrogated with regards to any potential clashes and/or buildability factors in advance of the works proceeding to the construction phase. To avoid any delays or cost impacts, iTech took the project into 3D through BIM and developed the design into a coordinated and buildable solution.

The 25,000 seat multi-functional stadium is located in Al Ain, approximately 150 kilometers east of Abu Dhabi, close to the borders of Oman. The construction of this 45,000 m2 stadium is a combination of structural steel and reinforced concrete on piled foundations with aluminum and composite external cladding and a palm bowl envelope.
