PROJECT SCOPE:

For the aforementioned project, the works were progressing in the traditional 2D format until iTech were appointed to introduce and implement BIM. In order to mitigate clashes due to uncoordinated 2D works, the design information was taken into 3D where the identification and resolution of clashes were undertaken.

The Abu Dhabi Medical Rehabilitation Centre will be a unique standalone healthcare facility, located in the development area of Khalifa City ‘A’ next to the main axis of the future Abu Dhabi Capital District. New integrated examination, treatment, and therapy concepts shall ensure a fast and sustainable regaining of health, well-being, and integration into the community.
