PROJECT SCOPE:

Using BIM, iTech provided the client with a 3D-modelled simulation of the construction methodology, strategy, and program for the structural works. Using this service, the stakeholders can assess and address the potential construction/logistical difficulties and, in turn, the validity of the programmed works.

Msheireb Properties’ flagship project. The completed works will be the world’s first sustainable downtown regeneration project to revive the old commercial district of Doha. The design offers a new architectural language that is modern but inspired by traditional Qatari heritage, architecture and culture. The mixed-use development covers a 31-hectare site that will provide a Lively urban neighborhood featuring premier office space, retail, leisure facilities, townhouses, upscale apartments, hotels, museums, civic services, and exciting cultural and entertainment venues.
