PROJECT SCOPE:

Stage One involved the production of the 3D BIM Model from as-built drawings. While this was ongoing, a full laser scan was performed of the building with Stage Two consisting of the audit of the as-built model using the information taken from the laser scan and model update to reflect the true as-built condition for use in the facilities management.  

Valiant Clinic is a premium multi-specialty outpatient medical clinic in City Walk, Dubai.  The 15,000 m2 space spans three floors and houses spaces for cardiology, endocrinology, internal medicine, pulmonology, and women’s health.
